If the buyer has interest in breeding the said dog/puppy, it must be at least twenty-four (24) months of age, and must receive a passing hip grade & normal cardiac evaluation from the OFA (Orthopedic Foundation for Animals, Inc), prior to breeding. The buyer should keep in mind that a female should be allowed a resting period each year from being bred. The seller will be responsible only for the shipping fee, crate and health certificate on the two puppies. The buyer will be offered a replacement dog/puppy of like quality as soon as one is available, unless the said dog/puppy was bred before cardiac testing and hip testing. In this case there will be no replacement of the said dog/puppy. There will be no refunds of any kind.
The seller strongly encourages the buyer to have the said dog/puppy examined by a veterinarian of the seller's choice within seventy-two hours of picking up the said dog/puppy.
